Do we provide wholesale pricing on boxes and merchandise?
Yes we do, please contact us and we will discuss some options. We provide wholesale on our gift boxes and our OhSht products. We do not provide wholesale costs on non-branded OhSht products.
Do we provide Corporate / Client boxes and gifts?
We can do specific boxes depending on the requirement. Costs vary in each case, please contact us and we can understand your requirements.
What is the currency of the prices shown
All pricing is in Australian dollars (AUD).
Do you supply outside of Australia
Unfortunately no, however you can ship the box yourself to the final destination. Ensure you check with local custom restrictions.
Cancellations and Delivery
What are the delivery lead times?

Cancellations or Varations
Unfortunately any variations or cancellations to orders requires two business days' notice; contact us on on 1300 889 361. Any cancellations or variations must be placed over the phone.
Please note that variations or cancellations to orders with a shipping time of two or more days cannot be guaranteed. Any orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If cancellation notice is received at less than 48 hours notice - cancellation is void.
Do note cancellation of orders incurs a $55.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee.
Has my order been delivered
All orders have order tracking. If not displaying, or you are having difficulty, please call us on 1300 889 361.
Depending on the courier, it may take 24 hours to get a definitive response.
Can i request a specific delivery time?
You can check our delivery page for estimate arrival times. https://ohsht.com.au/delivery But specific times are not yet available.
What if I supply incorrect delivery details?
Be extremely careful in providing the correct delivery address information.
If we are provided with an incorrect address and we deliver your order as per instructions, we cannot accept any responsibility for the error.
Please ensure everything is correct - If we are unable to deliver to an incorrect address and the order is returned to our dispatch, we can redeliver, but at a charge of 50% of the original order to cover the administration costs plus the additional redelivery charge to cover the new delivery charge.
We will help where we can but please ensure details are correct.
As we do not manufacture our food/body products in house we cannot 100% guarantee an item will not contain traces of of an allergen. However, all of the items in our boxes are individually packaged with all ingredient information required. Any information we display on an item is from the manufacturer directly.
Where are products sourced
OhSht have gone to great lengths to source products locally. Our aim is to support as many Australian suppliers as possible.

Can i swap Items
Unfortunately we are unable to customise boxes. We can supply custom boxes of a qty of 10 or more.
