Please note:
- If your delivery is going to a patient in hospital, please ensure that all the details are accurate and that the patient is still going to be there within the specified time. Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order.
- Refunds will not be given for deliveries outside of approximate delivery times. OhSht will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our approximate delivery times. We despatch orders within 3 hours (within Business Hours).
- Please ensure we are provided with accurate delivery addresses and details. Delays are likely to occur if an incorrect address or other incorrect details are provided. Any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient delivery details, inability to access a property, failure to contact a courier after a delivery attempt, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery charge at the standard shipping rate. We will however replace or refund gift boxes incorrectly addressed by OhSht administration, assuming it differs from the details provided upon ordering.
- If the recipient wants to change the delivery address after a delivery attempt has been made by the courier, they may be charged a re-delivery fee by the courier.
